The KC Wheel opened to the public December 2023.
The KC Wheel is an original 50 meter R50SV Ferris wheel and is built at Pennway Point in Kansas City, the heart of Missouri. The wheel gives the guest a one-of-a-kind view of the the Kansas City skyline.
It has 36 climate-controlled gondolas (1 VIP) each can hold up to 6 visitors (VIP seats 4). This gives the wheel a capacity of 214 riders at the same time.
The Ferris wheel is equipped with an impressive array of rimbar and spoke lights as well as flood lights, which have been put to great use already, helping light up the sky in Kansas City after the local American Football team, the Kansas City Chiefs secured their 4th Superbowl win!
The overall destination at Pennway Point is set to open mid 2024!
