Wheel of Excellence has been succesfully installed in Cape Town.

The Wheel of Excellence at the V&A Waterfront will be part of the World Cup experience in delivering a fun, safe and secure precinct and football friendly experience over the World Cup period for all the visitors.

The R50 II SP wheel is located on a beautiful site and will reach 50 meter high into the sky. From the wheel, visitors can experience the beauty of Cape Town even more. A spectacular view over the Atlantic Ocean, the Green Point Stadium and Table Mountain will make the ride unforgettable.
The state of the art R50 II SP, supplied by Landmark Attractions AG, will be equipped with air-conditioning/cooled cabins and a VIP cabin with glass floor, telephone and LCD television.

We congratulate Cape Town with their first giant wheel of this type in South Africa and look forward to welcome the citizens and visitors of this beautiful part of the world to experience the Wheel of Excellence at the V&A Waterfront.

The V&A Waterfront will host the R50 II SP also after the world cup for 6 more months.
